WHAT IS HOME HEALTH?
Home health care is skilled nursing and certain health care services you receive in your home for the treatment of an illness or injury.
You and your doctor can create a plan of care at home when you are needing at least one of the following: intermittent (not full time) skilled nursing care, physical therapy, speech therapy, or occupational therapy.
